21 days of Microdosing

It all started with a punch in the face. It came from someone I never knew before, from that point onwards I keep on having presence of him. What is the best way to know the beyond? Will it be as skeptical as your visions or may be you can build yourself? What part of these excite you. The part where something can be brought down when you had a 7 min death trip back into the physical realm and make business out of it and sell the product with the intensity of you when you exited this universe and bought back knowledge from a very vast and diverse universe consisting of beings and entities you've never known !! Hi, here I am trying to tell you my 21 days of microdosing. How to do it and what to expect !

It all start with a cognitive block. I've been experience that for the last 3 years from the period where I resigned due to reasons that is beyond my control and if I did what I've been asked to do, I would've ended up in Jail. I did extreme measures to counter the trauma, it resulted in another problem and a chain of others. A constant cognitive block started building inside me, I witnessed extreme events during this period, and all pointed to the cognitive block which got thicker through time. I had to flew the country to do this experiment. I've been reading about microdosing and find out that this could help us overcome depression, anxiety, and psycological misalignment. I started it. Day 0 : Preparation phase : Find out everything you wanted to have a Monday ! Uni, chores, wallet, phones, chargers, power bank, speakers, laptop and place it in places in your apartment where you happen to sit most of the time. All electronics fully charged and ready for any work. Clean your apartment, spread a good fragnent all around - make it reflect your personality. I chose coffee and aüd. Cook food and store the rest in refrigerator, and have cool drinks and fruits. Day 1- Day 10 : Shoot up phase : This is where you start very slow. Consume very little amount per day and observe what's happening to you. I started this after 4 years of cleansing. So I had a very fresh start, and I started observing the changes. Previously I was not able to think of a solution which does not have a implications on the existing mental model I had. But microdosing allowed me to overcome that fear of losing what is currently with me. I started exploring to other visual models, and frameworks, I connected to consiouness from other locations and able to build a mental model together. We will develop a urge to consume more to get more of these insights but we have to limit and do it step by step. I was able to grasp knowledge base systematically but slow. I did my uni studies, projects, submissions and clearly have a timeline for these events in mind during this time. Day 11 - Day 20 : Cognitive rebuilding phase : This is where your work will get faster, you think clearly explore more to find out solutions. Cognitive block you have will find a way to break the construct it holds on its own. You wouldn't have to look out for yourself. It will automatically been taken care of. You got sharper, precise thinking, go more into details. You will expect a jump in your thought process, and it is slowly delivering to you. Day 21 : Moment of truth phase : You just reached the last day of your experiment. Celebrate a little, do a good dosage, and enjoy the day. I got humbled by my experience of microdosing and I had a moment of self actualization at the evening. Your conciousness have a huge jump and now exploring in a high frequency. You are finding out the last 20 days were the most productive days of your life, don't overwork ofcourse !! I find out the perfect balance between a demanding and suppressive way of thinking and robust, exploding thinking style. How to take the essence of it back into real, and apply it into my workflow.
